How do I get started?
Simply fill out our short form on the order tab page. We'll then get in contact to offer advice if needed and send you the online order form for the current week.
How soon can I start?
As long as you complete the online order form and make payment by 9 pm Wednesday, your meals will be in your fridge by Sunday, equipping you with everything you need for the week ahead.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of meals used per day and how long you sign up for. Full pricing can be seen by clicking: 'how it works' -> 'pricing'
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Hitchin. However, we also have several collection points: Strive Performance Gym (St Neots), Hills Personal Development Gym (Markyate) and Xchange Fitness (Hitchin). You can also collect from RNS HQ based in Hitchin.
When do you deliver?
All deliveries take place on either Sunday or Monday. We have multiple slots which can be selected for home delivery, alternatively meals can be collected from our HQ or a designated collection point.
How will I know what each meal contains?
Each meal is labelled with a description of the meal and nutritional information.
What food can I expect?
We have an exciting and varied menu and we are always working on new creations. We want to make healthy eating enjoyable and easy, so expect delicious meals which are convenient yet provide you with everything you need to achieve your health goals.
Will I need to prepare my food?
Our service isn't just about bespoke nutrition and results, it's also about convenience and time saving so you can do more of the things you want to. Every meal is ready to eat and delivered in a microwaveable container, heating instructions for each meal are provided on the container.
How long do the meals last?
We cook every meal to order from scratch, our meals go from raw ingredients to ready to eat meals in your fridge within 24 hours. Once meals are in your fridge they have a 4-day shelf life (the use by will be on printed on each meal). If you intend on eating meals beyond 4 days, freeze them once delivered to ensure freshness.
What if I have a food intolerance?
We can cater for food intolerances, just be sure to notify us of the intolerance when filling out your order form.
Is the food spicy?
No, the 'spice' in RNS is more to represent the variety of seasoning used to flavour our delicious meals as opposed to indicating the heat of dishes.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
We do not currently offer vegetarian or vegan options.
Do you offer Halal food?
We are able to offer an entirely halal menu.
